Our Matcha Patissier from China comes from organic farming and is certified by Ecocert. It will softly flavour your pastries and give them an intense green colour.
Tips On How To Make Matcha:
Put one to two spatulas of green tea matcha in your bowl. Heat the water to not exceed 75°C (167° F) and pour it over the matcha. Hold the bowl and whisk the mixture in a motion forming "8" or "W" until you obtain a homogeneous and foamy blend. Enjoy!
