This rare tea, cultivated in Taiping County (Anhui province), is among the best Chinese vintages. Its long and flat leaves, with an intense green colour, distinguish it from other green teas. It has a light yellow liquor with complex aromas, where sweet, vegetable (cut grass), flowery (orchid) and woody notes are blended—a tea with a long aftertaste.
