Hibiscus

Carcade, bissap, and guinea sorrel refer to the same plant: hibiscus sabdariffa, from Africa. The dried flowers' calyxes can be steeped in hot or cold water, alone or with mint leaves, for example. They offer us a ruby-coloured cup.
