The leaves of this oolong tea are oxidised in an oxygen-free environment (nitrogen only) to increase its concentration of Gaba (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid). Japanese attribute relaxing properties to "Gaba tea". Cultivated in Thailand, this oolong tea has orange liquor with woody and lightly sweet (biscuit) notes.
