Tie Guan Yin récolte d'automne

This lightly oxidized oolong is grown in Anxi Region in China’s Fujian province. Picked by hand at the beginning of October, this magnificent tea, delicately tied into balls of emerald colour, is famous for its fresh, vegetable and undeniably floral fragrance (Lily of Valley, hyacinth). Full-bodied, it has a pleasant after-taste.
