The leaves of this pu erh cake have been harvested from 500-year-old trees around Li Cang in the Yunnan region in China. They develop a complex cup with animal, leather, woody, and humus notes. To better appreciate its taste, we recommend a gong fu cha steeping. You can taste it now or keep it ageing; its taste will improve.
