Jangseong Bio

This green tea is produced in the Jeollanam-do Province in the South of the Korean Peninsula using indigenous cultivars. Harvested in May, its leaves develop a cup with vegetal (spinach), umami, and iodic notes. Its light bitterness gives it a lingering aftertaste.
