Thé jaune du Kenya

This rare tea is handcrafted in small batches, at an altitude of the Aberdare mountains. Its particularity is its fine plucking and the light fermentation it undergoes during processing. It gives it a beautiful golden colour and its vegetal and fruity notes (yellow fruits). It's a lovely discovery!
